Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, they are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Physical Products

All physical product sales are also final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an order arrives materially damaged or you receive the wrong item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@brownbutterbaker.com. We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or other resolution is appropriate.
